Hosea Matthews and Lenny Summers

They are both buried together, side by side, near Saint Dennis and the swamp. You will need to interact with each grave separately otherwise, you will not be able to unlock the trophy or get to 100% completion.

Kieran Duffy

Kieran Duffy is buried in an open field near Shady Belle.

Sean McGuire

You will find Sean’s grave right next to Flat Iron Lake on the left side of Rhodes.

Susan Grimshaw

Susan Grimshaw is buried near Elysian Pool in New Hanover.

Arthur Morgan

Arthur is buried on a mountain cliff behind the Mysteries Home Point of Interest in Ambarino

Eagle Flies

Eagle Flies is buried near Donner Falls.

Davey Callender

Davey is buried behind a church in Colter, which is the starting area of the game.

Jenny Kirk

Jenny Kirk is buried in the snow alongside Spider Gorge. Follow the river upstream from Colter to reach the grave.
