Super Rare Games has announced that it is partnering up with WierdBeard to release Tricky Towers in the form of a special Collector’s Edition physically on Nintendo Switch. Only 4000 copies of this limited edition will be made. Pre-orders will begin on May 28, 3020 on the official website of Super Rare Games and it will cost you around $33.
The Collector’s Edition of Trick Towers will include all 6 DLC packs packed onto a single cartridge. This will make this the best version of Trick Towers available on any platform to date. The six DLC packs included are:
- Gem Bricks
- Candy Bricks
- Holographic Bricks
- Galaxy Bricks
- Spirit Animal Pack
Indie Friends(featuring characters from Octodad, TowerFall, Lethal League, Nuclear Throne, and more!)
Apart from the digital DLC, players will also get a 12-page fill color manual, interior artwork, and exclusive sticker along with three trading cards randomly selected from the five-card set. Check out the pictures and the trailer below:
Tricky Towers is a multiplayer physics-based tower-building game where you and your friends must build their towers by stacking their bricks. While creating your towers, you can topple your opponents’ towers and even use a bit of magic here and there to support your structure and fend off the dark spells of your opponents. Tricky Tower supports both local and online multiplayer with up to 4 players.
The game offers different modes such as Race, Survival, and Puzzle mode. Each mode offers a unique challenge for you and your friends. If you fancy playing the game alone, you also have 50 single-player trials to test your skills and simply practice for the real show when you go online or play with your friends locally.
The pre-orders for the Tricky Towers Collector’s Edition for Nintendo Switch will go live on May 28, 2020, on Super Rare Games so if you want to reserve your copy, you must hurry up once the pre-order is live because it is limited to just 4000 copies.
