Microsoft Inside Xbox Recap: Everything Announced Yesterday

Microsoft also held its latest Inside Xbox event yesterday and it was a big one. The event was around one and a half hours and during this time, we got to see some of the new games coming to Xbox Game Pass, a detailed overview on the progress of Microsoft xCloud and also tons of new trailers of upcoming games. Microsoft also revealed a few new games which are arriving on Xbox One in the coming days.

Xbox Game Pass

Microsoft announced some brand new titles heading to Xbox Game Pass in the coming days. The Xbox One version of Game Pass is getting Jump Force, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and Lego Worlds whereas the PC version of Game Pass is getting Cities: Skylines, Saints Row 4, Bad North and Dirt Rally 2.0.

Microsoft also announced that the Xbox Game Pass App will be getting an overhaul in the coming days as the interface will be made more user-friendly and more features will be added to the app. Apart from AAA titles, some indie titles are also heading to Xbox Game Pass including Genesis Noir, Demon’s Tilt, Lonely Mountains Downhill and more.

Project xCloud

Microsoft’s premium game streaming service is getting a public previewing next month and any player who wants to join in can sign up right now. During the preview phase of the service, players will be able to try out Halo 5: Guardians, Killer Instinct, Gears 5 and Sea of Thieves. Anyone with an Xbox One wireless controller and an Android phone can join in the service preview.

Atlas Xbox One Announcement

Microsoft also announced that the pirate MMO Atlas which was released in Early Access last year on Steam is arriving on Xbox One next month on October 8. Players on Xbox One will receive the same content as the PC players and the game will be exactly the same as that of the PC version.

Forza Horizon 4 LEGO Speed Champions Console Bundle

A special Xbox One X and Xbox One S bundles are arriving which will include Forza Horizon 4 and its latest expansion LEGO Speed Champions for fans of the franchise.

Felix the Reaper Revealed

A brand new comedy-puzzle game called Felix the Reaper has also been revealed and will be released next month on October 17. You can check out the game’s behind-the-scenes trailer below.

Children of Morta Xbox One Announcement

Children of Morta was released earlier this month on PC and it is now heading to Xbox One next month. Check out its trailer below.

Future Content Plans for Gears 5

The Coalition has big plans for Gears 5 and in the upcoming six months, the title will receive 4 new characters, versus maps, new modes, new escape hives, and over 400 customization items for players. Future is looking good for Gears 5 fans.
