Adventure of Samsara is Getting a Physical Edition for the PS5

Atari has announced a physical edition for Adventure of Samsara, releasing exclusively for the PS5 console, and pre-orders are now live. If you are interested in securing your physical copy of Adventure of Samsara, you can do so right now through the official Atari website for just $29.99. The physical edition of Adventure of Samsara will feature a reversible cover that displays alternative box art and an official poster with the game’s key art.

Adventure of Samsara was released earlier this month, and if you did not hear about it, it may be because its release was on the same date as that of Hollow Knight: Silksong. This may have played a role in it being overshadowed at launch, but nonetheless, Adventure of Samsara looks great, and it plays great. Developed by Ilex Games and published by Atari, this stunning, pixelated 2D game allows you to become the Solar Champion and restore balance to the multiverse.

Adventure of Samsara is loosely based on Atari’s classic 2600 title, Adventure, and takes it in a brand-new direction. The game combines classic gameplay style with a deeply connected world. You step into the shoes of the Solar Champion, a long-dead Plutonian resurrected by the primordial light of the Sun. You are tasked with reactivating a mysterious interdimensional fortress, which will help restore the balance to the multiverse.
