PlayStation has revealed two new GTA VI DualSense wireless controllers, with limited-edition black and white designs set to launch on November 19, the same day Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 5.
The controllers were unveiled during the latest State of Play presentation and draw inspiration from Vice City, one of the key locations players will visit in Rockstar Games’ upcoming open-world title.
Both the Grand Theft Auto VI Black Limited Edition and White Limited Edition feature a color-shifting finish designed around Vice City’s neon-lit aesthetic. The controllers also include palm tree details molded directly into their design, along with official Grand Theft Auto VI branding.
The White Limited Edition takes inspiration from Vice City during the daytime, incorporating a brighter visual design influenced by the city’s beaches and pastel-colored aesthetic. Meanwhile, the Black Limited Edition focuses on Vice City’s nightlife, with a darker design intended to reflect its neon-lit streets.
Both controllers will be available in limited quantities, although their availability will differ depending on the design and region. The White Limited Edition will be sold globally through PlayStation Direct and participating retailers, while the Black Limited Edition will primarily be available through PlayStation Direct where the service is available, with select retailers handling distribution in other regions.
Pre-orders for both controllers will begin on September 10 at 10:00 AM local time in participating regions. In the United States, pre-orders through PlayStation Direct will open at 7:00 AM PT and 10:00 AM ET.
Grand Theft Auto VI Limited-Edition DualSense controllers will carry a recommended retail price of $84.99. The controllers will also support the DualSense features used in the game, including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Grand Theft Auto VI is currently scheduled to launch on PS5 on November 19, 2026. The two limited-edition DualSense controllers will arrive on the same day.
