Developer Studio Cut to Bits has announced a slight delay in the launch of Venture to the Vile, their highly anticipated Victorian-inspired metroidvania game published by Aniplex Inc. Originally slated for release earlier, the game will now hit Steam on May 22nd, priced at $24.99. PS4 and PS5 gamers can look forward to its release later in 2024.
Venture to the Vile invites players to immerse themselves in the mysterious town of Rainybrook, now under the grip of the Vile. Embark on a 2.5D Metroidvania journey, battling through challenging terrains and confronting formidable bosses to acquire their powers. The game poses a crucial choice: will you save the town and find your missing friend Ella, or succumb to the darkness within?
