If are looking to craft different armor and clothing types in Palworld, one of the resources that you will need is leather. After the initial clothing armor, you will require leather for armor and many items later in the game. For this very purpose, it is important that you know where and how you can obtain leather in the game. How to Get Leather in Palworld
Leather forms the foundation of a lot of items in Palworld specifically armor, so you will need to head out and find leather before you can craft these armor and clothes that require leather. In the early areas, your most common way of obtaining leather will be from finding and killing the Pal called Foxparks. Foxparks roam the area where the very first Alpha Pal Mammorest is roaming and from that place onwards, you will easily spot them in the game. The map below showcases the locations where you will find Foxparks roaming the islands. Simply head to any of these areas and you will find many. Simply fight and kill them to obtain leather.
Apart from Foxparks, other Pals that will also drop leather include:
- Eikthyrdeer
- Fuack
- Melpaca
- Rushroar
- Vixy
Nearly all these can be found roaming the early areas of the game. Clear the tutorial island, enter the main area, and look around the water streams and small open areas. You will easily spot these in the area marked on the map below:
If fighting and killing Pals is not your thing, you can head over to any of the many Wandering Merchants in the game and purchase leather from them as well. Each piece will set you back 150 coins.
