
The OTK Games Expo excels at showcasing indie titles and community-generated games, and it recently held its summer 2025 edition, during which we saw 50+ amazing indie titles. Apart from featuring some brand-new titles, we also saw updates on some of the previously announced games. We have collected all of the announcements, updates, and trailers showcased at the event here for you, so without further delay, let’s jump straight into them.
To Kill A God
Developed by Glitch Factory and published by Mad Mushroom, To Kill a God is a brand-new action roguelike in which you must craft your skill tree and utilize skill and creativity to unleash devastating builds to break the cycle and kill a god. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon.
Ad Mortem
Developed by Head On Studios, Ad Mortem is a mechanically deep and immersive medievil combat game set in the horrifying world of Contrara. We got a short look into the game, but it looks amazing so far. It is slated for release on PC via Steam.
Moros Protocol
Developed by Pixel Reign and published by Super Rare Originals, Moros Protocol is a pixel-painted sci-fi roguelite where you must fight battles with monstrosities for your survival. Set on a decaying warship, you are stalked by horrors and guided by a voice you don’t know. Using the resources available, you must adapt and push forward. It is slated for a PC Steam release in 2025.
The Backworld
Developed by Numor Games and published by Top Hat Studios Inc., The Backworld is set in a broken world where you will find danger around every turn. You will need strategy to survive as you decide when to fight, and when to flee. You will collect strange items, unlock new abilities and recruit unique companions in order to forge your own path. It is slated for a PC Steam release in Q1 2026.
BrokenLore Don’t Watch + UNFOLLOW
Developer Serafini Productions showcased two titles Don’t Watch and UNFOLLOW from its BrokenLore franchise. While Don’t Follow is already available, UNFOLLOW is an upcoming title in the horror franchise. It is a first-person phsychological horror game that explores the impact of social media on mental health. You play as Anne, who is a victim of bullying, trapped in a nightmare where she must solve a mystery and escape with her life. Don’t Watch is currently available on PC via Steam while UNFOLLOW is slated for a Q3 2025 release on PC via Steam.
Pigeon’s Mission
Developed by Glowing Cheetah Studios, Pigeon’s Mission is a pixel-art adventure crafted by ideas of a young 7-year old’s sketches and ideas. You step into the shoes of Archie and travel across Pepper Pines. You will use clever attacks, fun power-ups and the Harvest Pulse System to collect golden seeds to save Pepper’s parents. It is slated for a 2025 release on PC via Steam.
Missile Command Delta
Developed by 13AM Games and Mighty Yell alongside publisher Atari, Missile Command Delta is a strategic defense game. In it, you must manage your pool of defenses strategically to survive rounds of missiles in a high-pressure, tactical turn-based combat system. It is coming soon on PC via Steam.
Beyond The Board
Developed by Fragile Shapes Studio and published by Beyond The Board, Beyond The Board is a singleplayer puzzle game. It transforms traditional chess into a minimal, immersive journey. As you make moves, the tiles will shift, and different puzzles will reveal the hidden fractures within the game’s very foundations. It is slated for a PC Steam release soon.
Offbrand Games Publisher Showcase
Publisher Offbrand Games brought three games to the showcase including Rivals of Aether II, Bonnie Bear Saves Frogtime, and Aethermancer. Starting with the first one, Rivals of Aether II, developed by Aether Studios, is a platform fighter that features both new and returning fighters from the first game. It is now available on PC via Steam. Bonnie Bear Saves Frogtime, developed by Bonte Avond, is a frog-obsessed comedy adventure that features tactical frog battles. It is coming soon to PC via Steam. Finally, Aethermancer, developed by moi rai games, is a monster taming meets roguelite where you must become the Aethermancer and fight alongside mythical creatures. It is coming out soon on PC via Steam as well.
Neo Junk City
Developer by Starblade Games, Neo Junk City is a cyberpunk action-RPG with fast-paced shootouts and retro arcade racing game. Your goal is to uncover the truth behind a murder that you do not remember committing. It is slated for a Q4 2025 release on PC via Steam.
Breach Signal
Developed by O5 Interactive, Breach Signal is a 1-6 player co-op psychological horror game. After joining the FNA as a recruit, your goal is to lead expeditions into strange places and investigate anomalies that threaten reality. It is slated for a Q3 2025 release on PC via Steam.
Guards II: Chaos in Hell
Developed by Battlecruiser Games and published by HeroCraft PC, Guards II: Chaos in Hell is a turn-based tactical strategy game in which you gather and assemble your squad of four fearless hearos. You will journey through circles of Hell, inspired by dark myths from around the world. On your journey, you will battle legions of demons the ultimately, challenge the Devil himself. It is slated for a release on PC via Steam soon and a free demo is also now available.
Morgenstern
Developed by Doublesmith GmbH, Morgenstern is a medievil roguelike game that merges Survivor’s hack-and-slay with souls-like rigor in a third-person perspective. You will navigate dungeons, extract with loot and become the legend. A public playtest is currently underway and you can access it from the game’s official Steam page. It is slated for a 2025 release on PC via Steam.
Breathedge 2
Developed by RedRuins Softworks and published by HypeTrain Digital, Breathedge 2 is an upcoming survival game in which you find yourself on a reckless mission through space. You will build, craft, manage your crew and defeat an evil space corporation while ensuring that your chickens are looked after. It is slated for a Q1 2026 release on PC via Steam.
Star Birds
Developed by Toukana Interactive, Star Birds is a relaxing asteroid base-building and resource management game. As you explore the space, you will discover and mind tons of asteroids, create production networks and guide your flock of spacefaring birds to new interstellar horizons. It is slated for release on PC via Steam in 2025.
The Dark Queen of Mortholme
Developed by Mosu and published by Monster Theater, The Dark Queen of Mortholme is a short-form indie game in which you are the final boss. Unrivaled in power, you must defeat the heroes who keep invading. The game focuses on an unusual bond, perspectives, and the beauty of change. It is slated for release on August 15, 2025, on PC via Steam.
Whisper Mountain Outbreak
Developed by Toge Productions, Whisper Mountain Outbreak is an escape room meets co-op horror survival horror game. Set in 1998, an ancient curse has trapped everyone on Mount Bisik. You must explore, find clues, and figure out a way to escape, either solo or with up to three players. It is slated for a Q3 2025 release on PC via Steam. Its free demo is currently live on Steam.
Deadlock Station
Developed by Luxorix Games and published by CRITICAL REFLEX, Deadlock Station is a tactical roguelike in which you can turn the battlefield into your ally with indirect controls. You assemble a unique squad, destroy the alien invaders with precise planning, and uncover the truth about the Event behind the mysterious disappearance of humans. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon, and you can register to take part in its Playtest right now.
Realms of Madness
Developed by Robin van der Horst, Realms of Madness allows you to create your very own medievil fantasy castle and expand it to recruit fantasy and mythical creatures. You will then lead them into battle to demolish your enemy’s stronghold. It is slated for a PC Steam release in 2025, and you can download and try its free demo right now.
Project: AMICA
Developed by dofhouse, Project: AMICA is a fast-paced first-person shooter built in the GZDoom engine. You step into the shoes of SID, an android set out to defeat General Genant Kekaha to prevent further military conflict. You will find yourself using cool power-ups and weapons as you explore the colorful 90s-inspired world full of robots. It is slated for a PC Steam release soon, but you can download its free demo and try it out right now.
Feardemic Publisher Showcase
Publisher Feardemic showcased three of its new titles during the OTK Games Expo in a single trailer. The first one is Bad Cheese, developed by Simon Lukasik, a psychological horror game inspired by the eerie charm of 1920s animation. You step into the paws of a mouse, spending the weekend at home with a dysfunctional Dad while Mom’s away. It is slated for a PC Steam release soon, and a free demo is available right now.
Next up, we have Dark Fracture, another psychological horror game. Developed by Twisted II Studios, Dark Fracture will let you explore an ever-changing world where reality and nightmares collide. You are a tormented soul on the edge of madness, and you must descend into the darkest depths of the human psyche. It is slated for a 2025 release on PC via Steam, and you can download and try its free demo right now.
Finally, we have Leftovers KO!, which is a Punch-Out-inspired, hard-drawn animated boxing game in which you must fight leftover food items. After returning home after a long and hectic day, you find out that all leftover food has transformed into boxers and you must use your own punching skills to punch the life out of them and uncover the truth. It is now available on PC via Steam.
PIONER
Developed by GFAGAMES, PIONER drops you into a vast and grim world where you must survive by exploring, crafting, and using resources smartly. While it may be an MMO FPS, it also features PvE missions along with intense PvP zones that will test your mettle with hundreds of weapons, a deep story, and a unique crafting mechanic. It is slated for release in 2025 on PC via Steam.
Fish Hunters: The Most Ridiculous Fishing Simulator
Developed by Dos Ivanes and published by Polden Publishing, Fish Hunters is a wacky fishing game which can be played solo or in co-op. Instead of using fishing rods, you will use guns as you haul in fish and complete your fish collection in the atlas using different baits and rods in unique locations. It is slated for a PC Steam release soon, and you can download its free demo right now.
Dwarven Realms
Developed by Crater Studios, Dwarven Realms is a 3D ARPG that was released back in September 2024. The game is receiving its Season 4 Rise of the Necromancer, which adds a brand-new class, Necromancer, to the game along with rich buildcraft and deep progression. You can get your hands on it right now on PC via Steam.
The Lost Glitches
Developed by Honig Studios GmbH and published by Mimunga LLC, The Lost Glitches is a Techno Optimist Trading Card game with RPG progression. You will engage in PvP battles that require strategy, unique deck construction, and strong wits to climb the ladder. It is now available on PC via Steam for free.
The Devils Due
Developed by Games People Play, The Devils Due is a card-battler in which you lost your soul in a poker game against the Devil and now you are trapped in the infernal depths forever. In order to escape with your life, you must fight your way back to freedom. You will face different monstrous foes in tough poker battles, but you can cheat and try your luck to win the game. The Devils Due is slated for release on PC via Steam in Q2 2026.
Flesh Made Fear
Developed by Tainted Pact and published by Assemble Entertainment, Flesh Made Feat is set in a haunting world of twisted experiments and occult nightmares featuring survival horror mechanics. With features like fixed and dynamic camera angles, limited saves, inventory management, and puzzle-driven narrative, it will take you back to the PSX era of horror games. It is slated for release on PC via Steam, and you can download and try its free demo right now.
Gravebound
Developed by Crater Studios, Gravebound is a post-apocalyptic extraction shooter set in a world where cities are crumbling and ancient magic collides. You will drop in, fight, loot, and survive as long as possible in order to extract with handsome loot. You will be up against rival players as well as deadly creatures who are trying to kill you at all times. It is slated for an Early Access release on PC via Steam in Q3 2025.
Doomspire
Developed by Crater Studios, Doomspire is a roguelike card battler where you play as a dwarven hero. Your goal is to explore the Doomspire, an ancient structure, and face terrifying bosses. You will gather treasures and build your deck to head deeper into the structure and become more powerful. It is slated for a Q3 2025 release on PC via Steam.
Melted Time
Developed by Shilenok, Melted Time is a puzzle game where you play a candle. Your path is full of difficult puzzles, but you have very little time because you are melting away. It is slated for a 2026 release on PC via Steam.
Unemployment Simulator 2018
Developed by Samuel Lehikoinen, Unemployment 2018 is a social welfare-based game on real events. As you endure emotional pain, the weight of adulthood, and societal pressure, you must evade a literal death by boredom. You will battle demons, hide skeletons in closets, and keep the bathroom clean. It is slated to release soon on PC via Steam.
My Lord is Hiring
Developed by Team Saikou, My Lord is Hiring is a job interview simulator set in a medieval fantasy world. You will hire, reject, and fire townspeople in a bid to maintain your economy. As you train and gear up your units, they will help you defend your kingdom from invading monsters. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon. You can sign up for its playtest as well right now.
Shadow of the Road
Developed by Another Angle Games and published by Owlcat Games, Shadow of the Road is a story-driven, turn-based RPG where feudal Japan meets magic and machine. You will assemble your team and test your skills against yokai and steampunk contraptions. It is slated for release on PC via Steam. It is currently offering a public playtest that you can join right now.
Rue Valley
Developed by Emotion Spark Studio and published by Owlcat Games, Rue Valley is a narrative RPG about a man stuck in a time loop. You will meet with different NPCs, discover their unique stories, and try to deal with mental challenges in order to uncover the anomaly’s enigmatic origins. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon.
My Little Puppy
Developed by Dreamotion and published by KRAFTON Inc., My Little Puppy is a game about dogs. Set in dog heaven, you play as the dog named Bong-gu, a Welsh Corgi who suddenly catches his dad’s scent and sets out on a journey to find him. It is slated for a PC Steam release in Q4 2025, and a free demo is currently available to play.
Ravenous Horde
Developed by Vector Interactive, Ravenous Horde is a post-apocalyptic FPC where you will join 64 other players to fight off hordes of zombies or join the horde and take down players. You can turn on your teammates and tear them apart. You can become powerful as you level up and unlock new weapons, perks, clothing options, and more. It is slated for a PC Steam release in Q4 2025, and you can download and try its free demo right now.
Wizardry Variants Daphne
Developed by Drecom Co., Ltd, Wizardry Variants Daphne is a 3D dungeon RPG in which you will explore the portal of despair. As you explore the labyrinth, you will come across endless dangers and big rewards. It is available on PC via Steam as a free-to-play title.
Devil Jam
Developed by Rogueside, Devil Jamp is a hand-drawn, survivor-like experience featuring beat-driven combat and a 12-slot inventory system. After creating your very own demonic build, you must rampage through hell’s metal artists and their countless followers. It is slated to release on PC via Steam soon, and you can download its free demo to try it out right now.
Tabletop Game Shop Simulator
Developed by Ludogram, and Knight Fever Games and published by Knight Fever Games, Tabletop Game Sop Simulator allows you to build your very own tabletop gaming store. You will stock shelves with miniatures, rulebooks, and accessories. You can also crack open mystery packs to collect your very own figures and display them, or use them to play against your customers. You will need to perform every task of the store, such as setting prices, hosting gaming nights, hiring staff, and expanding your shop. It is slated for release on PC via Steam in 2025, and you can register yourself for its playtest right now.
Snacko
Developed by Bluecurse Studios and published by Armor Games Studios, Snacko is a cozy game about renovating Snacko Island back to its former glory. With its residents all gone due to high prices, you and your friend return back to turn things around and start a new life on the island. You will explore, gather, and build the town from scratch into a place that people can call home. Snacko is now available on PC via Steam, and you can try out its free demo.
Mr. Sleepy Man
Developed by Devin Santi, Mr. Sleepy Man is a sandbox adventure in which you play as a sleepy guy who is way past his bedtime and out of control. Your goal is to make a mess out of everything and turn Bedtime Town against you. It is slated for a PC Steam release in 2025, and you can download and try its free demo.
Poco
Developed by Whalefall and published by Micah Boursier, Poco is a charming 2D/3D hybrid point-and-click adventure featuring the world’s smallest clown. Poco has been banished from the circus, and he finds himself in a mysterious undergrowth where he will meet strange creatures, solve puzzles, and help Poco return to the circus. It is now available on PC via Steam as a free-to-play game.
Don’t Wake the Beast
Developed by Artificial Disasters, Don’t Wake the Beast is a roguelike stealth game in which you will sneak through procedurally generated dungeons to steal precious treasures guarded by beasts. You will need to use your grappling hook to evade traps, outsmart enemies, and solve puzzles to find the treasure and escape. It is slated for a PC Steam release soon.
Clown Around
Developed by Real World Archon LLC, Clown Around is a hilarious blend of immersive sim mechanics and slapstick comedy. Your goal in the game is to prank everyone and unleash chaos using an arsenal of wacky equipment. It is slated for a PC Steam release soon.
Relic Arena
Developed by Double Edge Games, Relic Arena is an 8-player, free-to-play Autobattler by DOTA 2 personalities Jenkins and SUNSfan. You will equip heroes with genuine historical relics and use their provided abilities and upgrades to defeat other players. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon.
Big Hops
Developed by Luckshot Games, Big Hops is a 3D platformer where you will tongue-swing, free climb, and build your own path. You will plant veggie bounce pads, tightropes, hotshots, and much more to find your way home through a huge Desert, Ocean, and Mountain worlds while collecting bugs, upgrading your backpack, and meeting new animal friends. Big Hops is slated for a PC Steam release soon, and you can download and try its free demo right now. You can also support the developer by checking out its Kickstarter campaign.
Nested Lands
Developed by 1M Bits Horde and published by META Publishing, Nested Lands is a medieval RPG title featuring in-depth village building, large-scale social management, and combat. You will spend your time gathering survivors, building a settlement, crafting, mastering your skills, and enduring alone or in online co-op. It is coming soon on PC via Steam, but you can participate in its open public beta right now.
Permafrost
Developed by SpaceRocket Games and published by Toplitz Productions, Permafrost is a brutal survival game set in a chilling open world. Your goal will be to hunt and gather resources for building, and then utilize deep survival mechanics to craft your way through a harsh and unforgiving landscape. It is slated for an Early Access release on PC via Steam, however, you can participate in its Public Playtest right now by asking for access through its Steam page.
Riftstorm
Publisher Confiction Labs and co-developers Agate and Confiction Labs showcased the trailer for their upcoming title Riftstorm, a co-op, looter-shooter set in a world of myth and secret societies where you jump into games solo or with teams of three. You will avoid storms and follow the rules of engagement to come out at the top. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon.
Total Chaos
Developed by Trigger Happy Interactive and published by Apogee Entertainment, Total Chaos is set in Fort Oasis, a decaying terrormare where reality crumbles. This survivor-horror game is stacked with mysteries and monstrosities as you scavenge scraps to build weapons and follow a cryptic voice on your walkie-talkie while exploring the eerie island. It is slated for release on July 24, 2025, on PC via Steam, and you can download and try a free demo right now.
SHADE PROTOCOL
Developed by Little Legendary, SHADE PROTOCOL is a 2D cyber-fantasy Metroidvania where music, code, and combat collide. You will swap between SHADE and DAWN to land devastating abilities, wield instruments as weapons, and rewrite reality itself. It is slated for release on PC via Steam soon.
Creature Keeper
Developed by Fervir Games and published by Graffiti Games, Creature Keeper is an action-adventure RPG where you must befriend Creatures and fight alongside them in real time. Set in a mysterious world, you must uncover the truth behind a strange sickness spreading across the land as you power up your team and defeat everything that comes your way. Creature Keeper is now available on PC via Steam.
Legends of Elumia
Developed by Elumia, Legends of Elumia is an MMORPG where you actually own the gear and characters in the game. The game offers challenging multiplayer dungeons and thrilling PvP battles. You can head over to the game’s official website to jump into the game if you feel like playing it.
Hell Clock
Developed by Rogue Sail and published by Mad Mushroom, Hell Clock combines roguelike and APRG mechanics to deliver a dark fantasy adventure. You must forge powerful builds with endless loot, as you blast through dungeons and unleash inhumane powers. It is slated for release on PC via Steam on June 18, 2025, and a free demo for it is available right now if you want to check it out ahead of its release.
Battlerise
Battlerise is a card battling game in which your quest will unite the brave, the foolhardy, and the battle-hardened against Tiamat and his horde. Each Champion brings unique skills and stories to the game. Battlerise is now available on iOS and Android.
Critical Shift
Developed by Rhinotales, Critical Shift is a hardcore turn-based tactical game with deep RPG mechanics and a dramatic story. While it may be tough, it is equally rewarding if you are up for the challenge. A release date for its PC Steam release will be announced later, but you can submit your request for an upcoming playtest right now.
