Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have launched a free demo for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 for a limited time on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The free demo allows you to try out a small chunk of the amazing single-player campaign and also try out the two online modes, Operations and Eternal War. If you decide to purchase the full game later, you get to keep all of your progression and unlockables from the demo. For a limited time, Space Marine 2 is offering a massive 50% discount across all platforms as well.
The free demo of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is currently live and it will remain playable until October 20, 2024, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and October 23, on PC via Steam. While the single-player campaign is limited for this demo, it offers full access to both online modes, so you can play it to your heart’s content, and if you decide to purchase the full game later, bring your complete progress and unlockables from the demo into the full game. The demo does not include the newly released Hellbrute Onslaught for the Eternal War mode.
The 50% discount is not limited to the base game as well because you can purchase any game edition, DLCs, and Season Passes with the same discount. This includes additional Chapter cosmetics, color packs, Champion skins, and additional content. If you purchase Year 1 and Year 2 Passes, you will get all of the DLC content ever released for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
If you want to get even more from the demo, you can also complete an exclusive Space Marine 2 Discord Quest and unlock the Porphyr Shield Bolt Rifle skin for yourself. To unlock this exclusive Bolt Rifle skin, all you need to do is link your Discord, PROS, and Steam accounts, and you will unlock the skin in the game for use. Last month, the developers also shared a detailed look at the Year 2 Roadmap and Anniversary Update for the game, which shows that the upcoming update is packed to the brim with new content. In our review of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, we loved the intense and brutal action of the game, along with the gorgeous level design.
