The Kings of Unity have announced the Death Roads: Tournament closed beta testing which will take place next week on 21 April 2022. The closed beta will take place on Steam, where you can send a request to participate in the game.

A deck-building roguelike turn-based game, where players compete in a deadly race tournament. Fight in frantic car battles using sets of cards. Choose your driver, his car and weapons, then set off in tactical encounters. Perform deadly manoeuvres switching gears and blasting opponents to win.

Death Roads: Tournament is not only going to be available on Steam, but participants at this year’s PAX Boston event will also be able to try out this crazy production and test out how turn-based races can be exciting.

Death Roads: Tournament Beta

In Death Roads: Tournament, you take part in the Death Roads race to fight for a better life. You begin by choosing your driver and his car, weapon set, and then pick a sponsor who will decide your starting point.

On the road, you will come across many different enemies and other contenders. Escape of fight, it is up to you, but there can only be one winner. Parts collected from adversaries can then be installed on your car. This means that you can install dangerous weapons, engines, and wheels to surprise your rivals, and ultimately make you win. Complete the deck and combine cards into deadly combinations, you have plenty of choices to suit your style.
