The new release schedule is for four games which are Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, Blood Bowl 3, Train Life: A Railway Simulator, and Hotel Life: A Resort Simulator.
Starting with Blood Bowl 3, a game that was originally planned for February 2022, will now release later in 2022 on an unannounced date. The game has already received many positive updates and Cyanide Studio continues the development in order to ensure a high-quality adaptation of the renowned board game. If you are interested in the game, you can still try out the game with the upcoming closed beta before launch.
Benoît Clerc, Head of Publishing at Nacon had this to say about the schedule change,
Nacon’s publishing goal has always been to meet the expectations of demanding gamers. The pandemic has impacted production times, and these new dates will allow our development teams to give their fans polished games without compromising on our quality targets
Meanwhile, Nacon’s two new simulation games, Train Life: A Railway Simulator and Hotel Life: A Resort Simulator have also been pushed to June 22, and Q2 of 2022 respectively.
Train Life is a unique game that combines train driving with rail company management. It has been received very positively by players since its early-access launch last August. The developer, Simteract, is listening to the community and wants to take the time to meet players’ expectations, implement their feedback, and improve the existing base game by adding new content and features on a regular basis.
Hotel Life is an original addition to the gaming landscape, requiring players to alternate between entertainment activities, facilities maintenance and resort management. The new schedule will allow the developer to set a higher quality bar that will appeal to fans of in-depth simulators.
