Secret Ending Guide – The Blood of Dawnwalker
Start by heading toward the far-left side of the map. Your destination is a gate that can be seen in this part of the world, but reaching it isn’t as simple as following the normal path. A broken bridge blocks the direct route. Moreover, you can only do this at night using the Shadow Step ability, which helps you move from one place to another in an instant, invisibly.
When you reach the broken bridge, look for the path on the right side, behind the bushes, that allows you to descend below the broken section. Drop down here, and reach the lower section without taking much damage. Once you’ve made it down, from that point take a turn towards the southwest and then climb back up from the other side.
This is where your Shadow Step ability becomes important. As you are climbing and moving upward, you should teleport every time instead of walking or running, as doing so will take up your stamina. If your stamina gets low, stop for a moment and allow it to regenerate before continuing upward. Repeat this process as you gradually make your way toward the top.
Once you’ve reached the top, you will see the gate ahead. Continue across the final gap and walk toward the entrance. There is no additional boss fight or puzzle mentioned before the gate, so once you’ve reached this point and go through the gate, you will trigger a secret ending.
Before entering the gate, create a save if you want to continue playing the rest of the game normally. The ending will allow you to leave the valley permanently, so having a separate save gives you the option to experience the secret ending without losing your ability to continue your main playthrough.
After saving, approach the gate and go through it. Doing so triggers the hidden ending, where your character discovers a possible way out of Veil Sangora.
The ending presents you with the choice of leaving the valley and abandoning everything and everyone behind. Once you choose to leave, the game proceeds to the ending sequence and the credits roll.
