Star Wars: Galactic Racer is set to launch on October 6, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with pre-orders now available across digital and physical editions. The game introduces a racing-focused experience set in the Outer Rim, combining a single-player campaign with online multiplayer competition.
The game centers on an unsanctioned racing league operating outside the control of the wider galaxy, where players take on the role of a pilot competing for recognition and dominance. The campaign follows a narrative-driven structure built around rivalries and alliances, while gameplay emphasizes vehicle customization and race strategy across different classes of repulsorcraft, including landspeeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders, and podracers. Multiplayer modes extend the experience with competitive races designed to test player skill in a more open environment.
Pre-orders for all editions include a bonus vehicle livery usable across multiple vehicle types, along with a player banner background for multiplayer. The game will be offered in three editions at launch, each with additional content tied to progression, customization, and collectibles.
- Standard Edition ($59.99 / £49.99 / €59.99):
Base game with pre-order bonuses, including a platform-specific livery and player banner background.
- Deluxe Edition ($79.99 / £64.99 / €79.99):
Includes three additional vehicles (Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder, Ciza T speeder bike, and Rak S skim speeder), three exclusive arcade events built around these vehicles, a Deluxe Livery Pack for customization, a Deluxe Player Banner Pack, and a digital art book featuring artwork from the game. A Deluxe Upgrade will also be available separately at launch.
- Collector’s Edition ($159.99 / £139.99 / €159.99):
Physical edition that includes a model of the Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder, a Galactic League-themed banner, two pilot patches, a physical version of the art book, and a steel case with custom packaging. This edition also includes all digital content from the Deluxe Edition.
The structure of the release reflects a broader push toward combining narrative-driven racing with live multiplayer competition, while leaning on recognizable vehicle types and customization systems to create variation between races.
