To finish the Clinic Scales puzzle, you need three specific items which are Zoe’s Lanyard, the Broken Stethoscope, and the Prescription Dosage Error Note.

Zoe’s Lanyard comes from Zoe’s House, so you should already have it by the time you reach this puzzle.

To get the Broken Stethoscope, you need to visit Jess’s House.
