This Silent Hill: Townfall Strange Postcards Locations Guide explains where you can find all 15 Strange Postcards in the game. Most of them are tucked away inside shops, houses, apartments, or small side areas, so they can be easy to walk past during normal story progression. The locations below are listed in the order in which they appear in the game according to its story progression.
Strange Postcards Locations Guide – Silent Hill: Townfall
You will need to find all 15 Strange Postcards if you are aiming for completing the game to 100%. These are found at:
Strange Postcard #1
The first postcard is inside the Video Star store in the St. Amelia Shorefront District South area. Enter the store and look at the counter where you will find the Strange Postcard.
Strange Postcard #2
Go to the St. Amelia Park and take a left turn, which will lead to an alley with a locked door that connects back to the central square. There you will find a large bin, beside which there is going to be a postcard.
Strange Postcard #3
Go to Farrow Street near Jess’s House. Move forward until you reach a dead end and look at the wall, where the postcard has been pinned.
Strange Postcard #4
Enter the apartment building in front of Jess’s House and go all the way to the top. Enter the bedroom on the right side and check the floor to pick up the Strange Postcard.
Strange Postcard #5
Go to the Commercial Road where you will see the stairs on the right side of the road. Go down them and check the ground near a pair of boots for the postcard.
Strange Postcard #6
Travel to the Station Road, where you will reach a hole that you need to use to continue. Drop through it and leave the building from the rear into the garden. At the far end, there is a shed. Go inside to find the sixth postcard.
Strange Postcard #7
In the Medical Centre, enter the X-Ray Room and check the counter for the postcard.
Strange Postcard #8
In Medical Centre – Different, enter Room W06 using the Ward W Master Key. Upon entering, you will see the Strange Postcard is on a table inside.
Strange Postcard #9
In Medical Centre – Different, make your way to Room P08. Inside, check the small wall cabinet and open it to collect the postcard.
Strange Postcard #10
Go to Clara Woods, and when the road splits to the left and right, take the right-hand route and continue to the end of the alley. Go through the brown door, turn right, and open the next door to reach a garden. The enemy at the garden’s door will attack you, so be careful. The postcard is inside the shed.
Strange Postcard #11
Go to the Atlas Square Apartments, go up to Apartment 1B, and enter the back left bedroom. Open the drawer to pick up the postcard.
Strange Postcard #12
Look for the shop on Atlas Way, directly opposite Cash It In. The postcard is sitting in the right-hand display window, so you will need to break the glass to reach it.
Strange Postcard #13
Head to Upper Braes in Clara Woods Estate at the location shown on the map above. The postcard is simply lying on the floor, so check the area carefully as you pass through.
Strange Postcard #14
Go inside the house in Upper Brae where you use the tapes to move between different days. First, use the Do Not Play tape to obtain the Back Door Key. Then switch to the Tomorrow tape. Through the back door, go outside and enter the storage area.
The postcard is on a table inside.
Strange Postcard #15
The final Strange Postcard is inside the SWDP Facility – Different. After entering the second set of pipe crawlspaces, move straight ahead and take the first right. You will reach a three-way junction. From there, turn left and continue until you reach the dead end, where the postcard is waiting.
