To get started, head from the town square to Location 7, the Pharmacy. You will need the scalpel obtained from the clinic to open the entrance.
Once inside, head to the back room, where you will find the locked door with the locker. Before entering the code, use the nearby CRTV to reveal the clues.
Tune it as you normally would. First, move the yellow diamond into the block, then raise your controller to slow the signal down. After that, move the controller from left to right to line everything up.
When the signal is ready, use the left and right buttons on the D-pad to match the RGB signals. Then use up and down on the D-pad to finish aligning the colors. When the colors turn white, they are stored correctly. Once everything is aligned, press R2 to hold the result.
The CRTV will then display a set of posters. These posters contain the numbers needed for the locker, and you need to check them in a specific order.
Start with the poster located in the bathroom at the back of the pharmacy. It shows a hand with six fingers, giving you the first number: 6.
Next, check the poster just to the left of the bathroom. This one gives you 5, making the first two numbers 65.
For the third number, move toward the front of the pharmacy and check the poster there. It shows 3, giving you 653.
Finally, return to the pharmacy room and inspect the poster showing the pills. There are nine pills, which gives you the last number.
This makes the complete locker code 6539.
Go back to the locked door in the back room and enter 6539 into the keypad. Once the full combination is entered, the locker will open. That is all you need to solve the Pharmacy locker puzzle.
