Bandai Namco has officially revealed the new title in the G Generation franchise, SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays and it is slated for release in 2019. The title will be multiplatform and will see an Asian Release with English language support as well.
The game just received an official six-minute-long reveal trailer. Earlier, the game was supposed to be announced via a mobile teaser video but it was accidentally posted by Bandai Namco on their official YouTube channel earlier. It was removed later. However, now an official trailer is out which shows the game in action.

SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays comes after the franchise celebrated its 20th anniversary last year. The studio wants to begin a new generation with the new title in the franchise. The trailer claims that in the upcoming title, four different histories will intertwine and cross.
The four histories are identified as After Colony, Cosmic Era, Anno Domini and Post Disaster. The game will feature machines from four new worlds in action packed combat which is shown in the trailer as well. Players will see returning characters and Mobile Suits from earlier titles in the franchise.
Players will be able to form teams and groups in battles and also train and develop their teams through a new unique game system. The game will also offer stories of various other Gundam series through this brand new title.
Bandai Namco plans to reveal more information about the game during the upcoming Taipei Game Show which is happening from January 25 to 27. At the end of this show, a live stream will happen which will reveal more details about SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays.
SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays is coming out on PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC in 2019 for Japan and Southeast Asia markets. The game will support English text.
