Head to the marked location in the Central region.

Once you arrive here, jump ahead, go down, and look for the pipe that leads into another area.

You will need to defeat the enemies nearby before entering the pipe.

Follow it through to reach the experiment room, where you will find several machines and a console. Interact with the console to initiate the shutdown process. The machines will begin flashing as their power levels change, and you will have to move the power sources between them to keep the levels balanced.

After starting the shutdown, watch the machines carefully. Your goal is to transfer the power between them so that none becomes overcharged or left with too little power.

Pick up the power source from the machine that needs to be adjusted and move it to the machine that requires it. Return to the middle machine and wait for the power levels to change again. When another machine begins acting up, move its power source to the appropriate position.

Keep repeating this process, switching the power sources between the machines as needed. Pay attention to which machines start flashing or showing signs of an imbalance, and adjust them before moving on to the next one.

Continue cycling the power sources between the machines until all of their indicators turn green. This confirms that the power levels are balanced and the shutdown sequence has been completed correctly.
