This Control Resonant guide explains how to solve the Washing Machine Puzzle, which is located in the Central area of Control inside a laundromat. By setting the machines to match the pattern shown on a nearby piece of paper, you can open a hidden room and collect a special chest.
Washing Machine Puzzle Guide – Control Resonant
Once you enter the laundromat, look for a piece of paper at the far end of the room. It shows which washing machines need to be switched on and which must remain off.
Machines marked 1 should be on, while those marked 0 should be off.
Start on the left-hand side and turn on the first washing machine.
Turn around and activate both machines in the middle section and make sure their lights are on.
Next, move to the opposite side of the same machines and switch on the two machines at the far right and far left end of that section.
Now, check the remaining machines. Move onto the machines parallel to the ones that you just turned on and, in this section, you’ll find one machine that is already running. Turn it off, then make sure every machine in the row directly behind it is also switched off.
Continue to the last section and turn off the machine running in the middle.
Finally, head to the right-hand side of the laundromat and switch on the last required machine.
After you’ve adjusted all the washing machines correctly, a secret door at the back of the laundromat will open.
Move ahead and pass through the passage, take a left turn, go down the staircase, head inside, and collect the chest. This is one of the special chests that contributes toward a reward for collecting three of them, granting you additional health once you reach the required total.
