If you have reached the entrance to Mar Guran in Fate Keeper and found yourself stuck at a locked gate, don’t worry. The solution is easy once you know where to look.
Open the Mar Guran Gate – Fatekeeper
As you progress through the early part of the game, you will eventually come across the entrance to Mar Guran. When you interact with the large gate, a message appears stating that it can only be opened from the other side. At first, this makes it seem like you will need to find a completely different path around the area.
Before leaving, take a look at the right side of the gate. There is a small opening that gives you a view of the mechanism controlling the door. Through this gap, you can spot the lever that needs to be activated to unlock the entrance.
Using Telekinesis to Pull the Lever
Since the lever cannot be reached normally, you will need to rely on your Telekinesis spell. Cycle through your available spells through X until the hand-shaped icon appears in the lower left corner of the screen. This indicates that Telekinesis is currently selected.
Once the spell is equipped, aim through the opening toward the lever. Use the spell activation using the Q key to interact with it from a distance. The lever will move, triggering the gate’s mechanism and opening the way ahead.
Entering Mar Guran
With the gate now unlocked, you can walk through the entrance and continue deeper into Mar Guran. From this point, simply follow the path forward and proceed with your exploration of the area. A quick use of Telekinesis is all that is required to gain access and continue your journey.
