Climbing to the Hidden Area

Continue climbing upward and make a series of jumps between platforms. Along the route, you will find a chest that can be looted before moving on.
After crossing the platforms, look for a hole leading down into a small hidden room. Drop inside and explore the area carefully.

Inside the secret room, turn and follow the path toward a glowing blue light in the distance. At the end of the path, you will discover the Everice Blade resting on the ground. Simply interact with it to add the weapon to your inventory.
