Developer, Please Be Patients Ltd has announced that their latest title the Finnish Army Simulator is now available in Early Access. The Finnish Army Simulator allows you to experience life in the army during conscription service as it focuses on the atmosphere and daily routine in the army. The gameplay also features immature humor, and silly, repetitive tasks as well as gamified mechanics of actual army training.
The game is played in first-person where you will spend your days in a Finnish Army training camp during the conscription service. There are no battles in the game, and you will spend most of your time completing various tasks that you can expect from army training missions. The game offers you the opportunity to experience various aspects of army life as it provides a fresh take on the emotions and experiences brought on by army service.
The game features a realistic and deep experience with relatable characters and stories and it is aimed at players who have served in the army. However, those who want to join the army will also find the game according to their taste. Lead developer Jeri Haapavuo comments:
We are happy that the game is in Early Access and finally out to the fans. It has been a long journey to get here, but we are excited to see players experience a unique and deep experience of army life. It has been rewarding to find out that this experience is shared by many countries, especially those in which conscription service exists. But I am sure we have made the characters and stories relatable to everyone, regardless of their background.
