Roguelike real-time strategy and tactics game Eternal Starlight is now available on Oculus and Steam after the game’s launch yesterday. The VR game can be played on Oculus Quest and Rift along with PC VR via Steam.

The game can be purchased for $19.99 where you play in a third-person view as a commander of a space fleet.

Activate your Neural Link to gain an omniscient view of the battlefield. Experience the conflict at any scale, as you plot the course that will lead your fleet to victory. Eternal Starlight is a tactical space combat game, built from the ground up for VR.

You are a commander of your space fleet, where you have to challenge the invading Kraya aramada. You have a limited amount of time to gather allies and upgrade your ships before defending your starbase from the attack. You can also scale your world up or down to see a larger view of the battlefield, or zoon in to see certain details on a specific ship.

Every ship can be equipped with different and special weapons systems that you can choose to utilize at key moments in battle. The game features 20 capital class vessels and nearly 100 unique ship systems for you to obtain. Positioning your ships and using their unique abilities will be the key in defeating all the foes that come to challenge you.

  • Campaign with 3 difficulty modes (easy, medium, hard)
