Elgato has announced the launch of its new webcam Facecam Pro which is able to sport 4K capture at 60 frames per second. It boasts a large area Sony sensor with a wide-angle photographic lens with variable focus, a revolutionary image processor along with onboard flash memory. It further provides convenience with plug-and-play as it allows you to produce Ultra High Definition video without the need for an elaborate camera setup. With Facecam Pro. Inside, Facecam Pro features the studio-grade f/2.0 21 mm Elgato Autofocus Lens, which can be set manually as well within a focus range of 10 cm / 4 in. to infinity. With a field of view up to 90 degrees, you can take wide studio shots or group video calls as the state-of-the-art, large area 1/1.8’ SONY STARVIS Sensor captures exceptional detail with different effects such as pan, tilt, and zoom and even when the lighting is suboptimal.
