BL Dating Sim Voice Love on Air Launches on Nintendo Switch

Game Source Entertainment (GSE) has announced the Nintendo Switch release of Voice Love on Air, a boy’s love dating simulation game. Developed by SOFTSTAR ENTERTAINMENT and distributed by GSE, the game invites you to step into the role of Aki, a sound director with the extraordinary ability to discern people’s true emotions just by hearing their voices. This unique talent sets the stage for Aki’s journey to find love while working on a BL radio drama project. Its PC version was released back in March 2024 and now the game has arrived on Nintendo Switch targeting a brand-new set of audience.

You manage a recording studio in Voice Love on Air, balancing business responsibilities with personal connections. As Aki, the goal is to produce high-quality radio drama projects across various genres, such as urban life, fantasy, science fiction, and school dramas, among others. Each combination of actors and scripts creates a distinct auditory experience, offering endless creative possibilities. Alongside managing the studio’s operations and releasing successful projects, Aki will also nurture relationships with the cast, inviting characters to specific locations for dates and creating customized works to strengthen their bonds.

The game allows you to explore the deepening relationships between Aki and four distinctive love interests, each brought to life by renowned voice actors such as Sawamanaka and Hiiragisannta. As these connections grow, new storylines are revealed, adding layers to the visual novel’s richly detailed narrative, which boasts over 200,000 words of text. You are tasked with deciding whether Aki will focus on achieving fame as a voice director or embrace a romantic path with one of the characters.

Featuring up to 20 themed radio dramas and additional industry projects, Voice Love on Air offers a variety of creative challenges. You can freely select and combine different voice actors, each capable of performing in two distinct styles, resulting in unique recordings for each script. The game also includes over 20 background music tracks, including original theme songs and character-specific melodies, all produced by SOFTSTAR ENTERTAINMENT’s Rizet Tsen.

Voice Love on Air is now available on PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch.
