The news of some senior developers leaving Anthem to work on other projects within Bioware had the last few remaining fans of the game worried. However, Bioware has assured fans that despite the seniors leaving Anthem, the developer is still going to support Anthem for a long time. Some of the most visible people working with Anthem have now parted ways with Anthem in favor of other major projects.
In the last few days, Anthem players noticed that some of the high-ups involved with Anthem have changed their Twitter bios to reflect new projects they are involved with, sending a very clear message across the community that they are not related with Anthem anymore. With nearly all major gone, fans were of the view that Bioware is killing off its problematic child.
These include Mark Darrah, Executive producer, Micheal Gamble, Lead Producer while Jonathan Warner who was Anthem’s game director also left Anthem recently. This was enough evident enough for fans to say that Bioware has no plans to continue development on the game. Another factor which caused all this speculation is Bioware’s recent announcement of delayed delivery of content promised in the roadmap making it useless.
However, despite all this, Chad Robertson took to Twitter to announced that he and Ben Irving are still fully committed to Anthem. He said:
Along with @BenIrvo and I, we've got a big team between Austin and Edmonton focused and motivated for improving the game. We appreciate your support and for being on this journey with us.

This certainly shows that Bioware is not letting Anthem go just yet however the team behind the game is now much smaller so the development and fixes are going to take more time than normal. Anthem has lost nearly all of its community and those left loyal are now hanging by a thread.
While they are waiting for some good news to arrive for the game, they are met with more bad news every day about the game. Bioware has now a very slim chance to attract more people to its title let alone bring back the ones who left the game. Anthem was one of the most hyped games of 2019 however it turned out to be one of the most disappointing ones so far.
