The shed is located near the Community Gardens. Follow the path through the St. Amelia Park until you reach the shed.

Instead of trying to open the lock right away, walk around to the opposite side of the shed and look for a nearby garden patch.

Inspect it to find the clue for the lock. The code is simply the year shown there, which is 1993.

Return to the shed and enter 1993 into the lock. Once the correct number is entered, the shed will open. After opening the shed, check the shelf to collect the alcohol. You can also pick up the Community Garden Key and read the note inside.

The key is needed shortly afterward. Take it to the gate at the back of the area and use it to unlock the way through. That is all you need to open Jane’s Shed

The lock code is 1993, and the key found inside lets you continue through the Community Gardens.
