ARES: THE IRON VANGUARD Launches Worldwide on PC and Mobile

Com2uS Holdings has officially launched ARES: THE IRON VANGUARD worldwide, bringing Second Dive’s sci-fi action RPG to PC and mobile with cross-play support between platforms. The game is available now as a free-to-play title on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and PC.

Set in an original sci-fi universe spanning the vast reaches of space, ARES: THE IRON VANGUARD combines cinematic presentation with fast-paced mechanical combat. Players take on enemies using a variety of Suits, with the game’s Suit Change system allowing them to switch between them in real time and adapt their combat style during battles.

Combat focuses on dodges and combo chains, while the game also features larger-scale encounters and action sequences. These include battles aboard the massive Goliath and aerial combat involving the Valkyrie.

The global launch is also accompanied by several events designed to provide players with progression materials and other rewards. Special Check-In events offer rewards simply for logging in, including an S Grade Operator Capsule and Suit Summon Tickets through the Global Launch Special Check-In. The Mount Check-In event also gives players the S Grade Mount “Cybertron Black,” while a separate Growth Support Check-In event is aimed at helping new players get started.

Players can earn additional rewards through mission-based events as they progress through the game. Guardian Growth Missions focus on character development, while Guardian Battle Missions task players with participating in activities such as Planetary Dispatch, Subjugation, and Cosmic Raid.

The 7-Day Missions Event provides another set of objectives for new players, with an S Grade Suit Summon Ticket available as the final reward for completing all of its missions.

With cross-play enabled, progress can be continued between the mobile and PC versions, allowing players to switch platforms without being locked to a single version of the game.
