The Outlast Trials Season 7 Brings Back Sergeant Coyle on July 14

The Outlast Trials Season 7

Developer and publisher Red Barrels has announced that Season 7: Project Boneyard for The Outlast Trials launches on July 14. This brand-new season will introduce a new Trial, a new enemy, gameplay improvements, and the return of Sergeant Leland Coyle.

The update takes players to the Prison Farm, a new Trial environment where Coyle oversees Murkoff’s latest experiment. The season’s main Trial, Locksock the Warden, is joined by two new MK-Challenges, Bribe the Judges and Cancel the Broadcast, expanding the game’s cooperative horror experience.

Season 7 also introduces The Biter, a new Ex-Pop enemy. Although restrained with chains and stripped of its arms, the creature remains a dangerous threat thanks to its powerful mechanical jaws and surprising speed.

These rewards cannot be earned in-game through any means. Additional details on how you can unlock these rewards are available on the official FAQ post by Red Barrels.
