Yoshi’s Crafted World Gets a New Gameplay Trailer

Yoshi's Crafted World Gameplay

Nintendo has released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Yoshi’s Crafted World for Nintendo Switch. The new trailer shows us the actual gameplay for the first time and we love how the game plays out. The trailer is pretty extensive and is sure to give you a good fill while you wait for the title to come out.

Apart from the basic movement mechanics, you can also see Yoshi in action as it jumps around on platforms, floats, throws eggs to clear blockades and many other features that will be present in Yoshi’s Crafted World. Yoshi will sometimes use the eggs he has to open up new paths or clear obstacles from the way to advance in the level.

The levels appear to be very beautifully designed. Each screen is very colorful and everything indeed looks like it is crafted. Although the levels look like it is a 2D scroller, you can also throw items back and forth like a proper 3D game. You can pick up eggs and throw them in the far back in the level to hit bonus boards.

Check out the gameplay trailer below.

You also have the freedom to move back and forth on the path. You can open up ways and walk to the back of the level and complete certain objectives or collect items. You can also float in the air for a little time to avoid enemies on edges or simply reaching a platform which is hard to reach in a single jump.

You will need to use all these different mechanics and tactics to clear the levels in the beautiful world of Yoshi’s Crafted World. With the game nearing its launch date, Nintendo is releasing more and more information about the game to make sure that we get more impatient to play the title.

You can also download a free demo of Yoshi’s Crafted World right now on your Nintendo Switch console and try out the game before it comes out later this month.
