Watch Dogs Legion Leaked, Set In Post-Brexit London, Play Any NPC

Watch Dogs Legion

Ubisoft is not going to announce an Assassin’s Creed game this year at E3 2019. It would seem that the company is betting big on Watch Dogs 3. A new Amazon listing mentions Watch Dogs Legion, which is most likely the name of the upcoming game. The leak suggests that Watch Dogs Legion will be set in a dystopian post-Brexit London which sounds very interesting indeed.

The Watch Dogs Legion listing also mentions that you can play as any NPC that you meet. Every character will have animations, voice-overs and character traits which sound impressive. The listing describes the game as follows:

Watch_Dogs Legion is set in a near-future, dystopian version of London. It’s a post-Brexit world in which society, politics and technology have changed and altered London’s fortunes. London is one of the most iconic cities in the world and has had a massive influence on all of Western Culture for centuries… London makes total sense for WD, as the city has one of the highest surveillance levels in the world making this the perfect playground.

Play as anyone, Every individual you meet in the open world, has a full set of animations, voice over, character traits and visuals that are generated & guided by gameplay systems.

Watch Dogs Legion

Watch Dogs Legion does sound very interesting indeed and the leak has been taken down now. The URL still mentions the name of the game. If Ubisoft is not releasing Assassin’s Creed this year then another Watch Dogs game does make sense. The company did confirm that it has two unannounced projects and this could be one of them.

With E3 2019 around the corner, we will find out whether or not this game exists. Take this information with a grain of salt until we get an official confirmation from Ubisoft.
