Along with this gamers will also get to know where they rank in the community by trying out games outside of their regular gameplay. Starting March 1, 2021, players from around the world will compete over several months and culminate with the ‘Best Gamer on Earth’ final event in the fall of 2021. The total cash prize pool for the event is $1,000,000 and players will be sharing this prize pool as they win different events during the entirety of the competition.

Six different games in five different genres will be part of the Worldwide Open including League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty Warzone, Madden 21, Fortnite, NBA 2K21, VALORANT, and Tekken with the final two titles yet to be announced later. Along with these titles, one Wildcard challenge is also part of the game lineup. Each player’s ranking in the game will be added together and then divided by the total number of games to calculate the final score. All two hundred players will walk away with a portion of the prize pool with the winner taking home $300,000 and the runner-up $150,000.

Steve Suarez, Ultimate Gamer CEO commented:
