Gamers who had the Nintendo 64 and played Turok will be delighted to know that both Turok and its sequel Turok 2 are coming to Nintendo Switch. Both Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2: Seed of Evil were one of the best titles available on N64 console.
Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was earlier announced to be coming to Nintendo’s flagship console and its release date was set for March 18, 2019. The game will cost players $19.99. The price is a little steep for an old title but fans would gladly pay for this masterpiece.
The sequel Turok 2: Seeds of Evil was recently confirmed for Nintendo Switch however its release date and other information is not known at this point. Back on N64 console, Turok was one of the first full-3D shooter titles on the console and it looked really good for its time.
Turok: Dinosaur Hunter is listed on Nintendo Switch shop and you can purchase the game right now however the title will unlock on March 18, 2019. Head over to the Nintendo eShop to check out its page. You cannot purchase the title yet but you can check out some cool screenshots and the game’s description.
Turok 2: Seeds of Evil does not have a Nintendo eShop page as of yet but you can check out its trailer below.
Its description states
Having defeated the Campaigner, Turok throws the Chronocepter into a waiting volcano to destroy it. Unfortunately the blast awakens an even deadlier force – The Primagen. Once again a Turok is tasked with restoring peace to the land and stopping the Primagen from merging Earth with the nether world.
The second title builds on the formula of the first one and improves it even further. You get more weapons, more deadly enemies and bigger bosses to kill in the second title. A release date is not known at this point however we will update you guys if something comes up.
