This war of Mine released November 14, 2014 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The 2D survival game later also released on iOS. Now, a complete edition of the game is set to release for Nintendo Switch.

The game is developed and published by Polish company 11 bit Studios. The game environment is set in 1992-96 era, where Sarajevo was under siege in Bosnian War.
The game captures the war torn environment in 2D style. The game shows survival elements where players help each other out. Players are also helped by NPCs and in some cases robbed and betrayed too, after all, this is survival.
The game will release officially on Nintendo Switch November 27, 2018. The game will be available on Nintendo eShop from day one for you to download it digitally.

In the game you do not play as some high tech elite soldiers surviving the war torn city. Instead, you are surrounded by a group of civilians struggling for drop of water, or a morsel of food and medicine to survive every single day.
The game has day and night cycle and time flies quickly in the game. You are left to go out and gather the supplies for yourself and your community.
