A Peruvian retailer by the name of LawGamers might have revealed the release date for Naughty Dog’s upcoming horror survival game; The Last Of Us 2. The game could be seeing a release date in October of this year.

Now of course the developer has no official confirmation about the release date, nor has it commented over the matter. This only makes us believe that the news cannot be taken seriously as neither Naughty Dog nor Sony have said anything.

The news came with a promotional poster of the game, with the release date information listed below in the corner suggesting an October 2019 release. The retailer itself has yet to confirm anything outside of this poster, however, it can be a speculative image that was not mean to make its way online.

If the game’s release date is indeed set in October according to LawGamers, it will support the claim made by the game’s composer Gustava Santaolla. Gustava had recently teased during a performance that the game would be coming very soon.

All things said, the developer will surely bring up more details about The Last Of Us 2 in the coming months. The game is a PlayStation 4 exclusive, just like its predecessor, and is still in development.

As mentioned before, there is no release date of the game, no release window, or any confirmation if the game is even going to launch this year. But after hearing the rumors, it can excite many fans of the serious if they can get their hands on the game in 6 months from today. That is if October is the true date of the launch.
