The Entropy Centre To Launch November 3rd on Consoles and PC

The Entropy Centre Launch

Playstack has recently announced the launch date of its upcoming mind-bending time-manipulation game, The Entropy Centre, on November 3, 2022. The game will be arriving on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

Developed by indie studio tubby Games and revealed in June, the game is deviously challenging with razor-sharp wit. It is built around a unique puzzle mechanic that allows players to think in reverse and overcome seemingly impossible obstacles.

You take the role of Aria in the game as she awakes inside a colossal space station, in the near orbit of Earth. The first of her problems is that the Earth has been set ablaze after an extinction-level event and that the space station she is in appears to be abandoned and on the brink of imminent collapse.

With the help of ASTRA, a talking gun capable of moving objects backward in time, you will need to restore the facility’s collapsed bridges, reassemble broken pathways, and overcome complex puzzles to progress to the core of The Entropy Centre in all hopes of surviving and finding a way home.

To find the truth behind The Entropy Centre’s imminent collapse, and subsequently, the Earth’s demise can be found at the core of the sprawling facility.

Stubby Games founder Daniel Stubbington talked about the game and its development journey,

It’s hard to put in words just how dizzying and exciting this journey has been. Only two years ago The Entropy Centre was merely an idea that danced through my head while I tried to sleep, and now here we are just five weeks away from the game’s official release across PC and consoles. I cannot thank fans enough for their support, and I’m delighted to see the game’s demo go live so they can get an early free taste of the game for themselves.
