Offworld Industries and Sony Pictures Consumer Products have released the latest Recruitment Trailer for their upcoming co-op shooter Starship Troopers: Extermination. Showcased at the IGN Fan Fest 2023, the latest trailer for Starship Troopers: Extermination features all-new gameplay and provides us another look at the action-packed gameplay that we will find in the game when it launches. Time is almost here for players to sign up to become an elite Deep Space Vanguard as you watch the new Recruitment Trailer for the game below:
The new trailer for Starship Troopers: Extermination showcases the different classes that players will be able to use in their fight against the Arachnids. The Assault class will be able to able to rain death from above by jumping high in the air and using fast-firing weapons while the Heavy Infantry will be able to provide additional cover and support fire. They will be able to deploy barriers and shields at any point in the game allowing other players to take cover behind them and fire from a safe vantage point.
Similarly, Medics will be able to provide medical aid to downed or injured players. Each class in the game will have its own unique perks and bonuses and surviving waves of Arachnids will only be possible if all of the team members work together and support each other using their own unique tactical strengths and trying to cover each other’s weaknesses. Apart from these three classes, the trailer also shows us different gameplay elements and new locations.
As an elite Deep Space Vanguard, you will be fighting off the Arachnids at different locations, establishing forward points, and securing settlements to ensure that humanity survives the infestation. Starship Troopers: Extermination is a 12-player, squad-based co-op FPS that is inspired by the 1997 film and it is slated to arrive in Early Access on PC in 2023. The game was originally revealed back in November 2022.
