11 Bit Studios has announced its partnership with British BAFTA-winning studio State of Play to bring a gripping narrative adventure South of the Circle to consoles and PC. The game will be released on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.
The visually impactful game featuring a compelling narrative experience brings a cinematic story that is set in the midst of the 1960s Cold War.

South of the Circle is an emotional narrative experience exploring the relationship between Peter and Clara, Cambridge academics caught up in the political conflict of the Cold War. The story focuses on the weight of life choices – between career, true love and the desire to keep our promises.
Players will follow the story of Peter in South of the Circle, who is tangled in life-defining choices and torn between pursuing a career or his true love. Set in a Cold War reality, the game is defined by its story, stretching between the past and the present, minimalist aesthetics, beautiful writing and voice acting which deliver an experience that resembles any top-tier cinema movie.
