With the premier of the eighth season of Game of Thrones, Sony has released free themes and avatars in celebration of the final season of the epic TV show. The theme is dynamic and features the iconic dragons from the series.

The theme features one of Daenerys’ most fearsome dragons as it transforms from a regular dragon to an Ice dragon along with its environment. Take a look at the theme below:

Sony is also giving out free Game of Thrones avatars in addition to the theme, so you should definitely grab them as well. The avatars include all of the main characters that you can expect within this season of Game of Thrones. This includes John Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Cersei Lannister, Arya Stark, Tyrion Lannister, Sansa Stark, Lord Varys, Brienne of Tarth, Samwell Tarly, Jamie Lannister, Bran Stark, and Davos Seaworth.

In order to redeem both the avatars and the Game of Thrones theme, you need to log in to your PSN account from any web browser, watch three short videos on the official website. This will give you a free code for the reward that corresponds its associated freebie.

Both the free theme and the avatars are available for a limited time only, so its best to redeem them quickly and to keep them in your account forever. That is all there is to it, takes only a couple of minutes to watch the video.

For those interested in the series can watch the final season via PlayStation VUE or with an HBO subscription.
