Independent French development studio Tactical Adventures has announced the launch of version 1.0 of its tactical RPG Solasta: Crown of the Magister next month on May 27 on PC via Steam and GOG.
The announcement came alongside the Early Access Spring update video released by Tactical Adventures:
Roll for initiative, take attacks of opportunity, manage player location and the verticality of the battlefield in this upcoming Turn-Based Tactical RPG based on the SRD 5.1 Ruleset. In Solasta, you make the choices, dice decide your destiny.
Solasta: Crown of the Magister is a team-based tactical RPG where each of the characters in the gameplay a different but critical role in the campaign to be a hero. The game’s dynamic and mysterious world features elements of verticality, allowing you to use the surroundings as an element of strategy.
You can position ranged characters from high vantage points or send rogues down the shafts and caverns to find out what lays ahead. In Solasta, light is the most important tool in the exploration of the dark, but it can also give away your position the vicious creatures that reside in the dark.
