Roller Champions

At the E3 2019 press conference, Ubisoft has revealed Roller Champions. It is a free-to-play roller derby that is a three on three sports game, which was previously leaked last month in May. the game is available right now for free on PC, until 14 June 2019.

Roller Champions will place two groups of three players around a round track, as teams fight to keep possession of a ball. The goal is to get as many laps around with the ball, which will reward you points. Every time an opponent from the other team knocks the ball from your team member, the lap counter will reset.

The is undeniably somewhat similar looking to Rocket League, but with a focus on low scoring rounds with more emphasis on skill. It also has the use of bright neon colors with which the game uses to distinguish between teams. The two teams are in two different colors; blue and orange.

Advance through the ranks as you rise from street to stadium, winning matches and gaining fans on your way to Roller Champion fame. Feel the thrill of rushing down the track, weaving between opponents, and slamming goals in this electrifying derby-inspired game. The arena awaits you!

Roller Champions is free-to-play right now and will be free for players until 14 June 2019. If you play the game right now, you will get two arenas to play in with six playable characters unlocked for you to choose from.

The game will then officially launch next year and is going to be free all over again. the game also is available only on PC, and we are not sure if the game would be coming on other platforms. Since the game is in a pre-alpha stage, it is very early to say if we will see a console release. Considering that the game is from Ubisoft, it is highly likely that the studio will also announce a console version of Roller Champions when the release date gets closer. As mentioned before, the game will release next year, and a confirmed release date is not announced.
