Developer and publisher Akatsuki Games Inc. has announced the opening of pre-registrations for TRIBE NINE, its upcoming single-player RPG created by the minds behind the Danganronpa series. Set in the dystopian world of “Neo Tokyo,” the game invites you to join a band of rebellious teens fighting for freedom in a society dominated by high-stakes competitions. Pre-registration is now available on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, with exclusive rewards including a limited character skin and starter supplies.
The game takes place in the year 20XX, where Neo Tokyo is controlled by Zero, a masked figure who has enforced a chilling new order. Through his invention of Extreme Games (XG), Zero has turned society into a chaotic playground where life-and-death decisions are dictated by games. Under these ruthless rules, the citizens of Neo Tokyo face dire circumstances. In defiance of this oppressive regime, a group of teens forms a resistance organization, using their love of Extreme Baseball (XB) to reclaim their dreams and freedom.
