New BOMBFEST Update Adds New Characters, Bombs, Modifiers and Stage

BOMBFEST Update

Sudden Event Studios and Whitethorn Digital have released a brand new update for their explosive party game BOMBFEST. The update 1.2 adds new content across all platforms giving the players more options to cause mayhem and explode their friends with. Along with this, the developer has also slashed the price of the game and the game is now much cheaper to purchase as well on PC.

BOMBFEST 1.2 brings with it new content across all the different departments of the game. You get two brand new characters to choose from. Three brand new modifiers have also been added to the game. These will allow the players to switch up the gameplay and try out new things while keeping the core explosive formula the same. Character customization has also received a boost as you now have 10 additional accessories to choose from.

A brand new stage: The Den has also been added to the game which will add a fresh new take for the players who were bored of exploding their friends on the same maps again and again. The new stage is based on a spinning record which increases the challenge as players will need to be extra vigilant as they try to stay on the record and bomb others.

BOMBFEST Update

BOMBFEST is one of our favorite local co-op game as it offers hours and hours of fun as you blast your enemies off the stages using different bombs. You can customize your characters, dress them up and then choose any stage that you like including a stage in a bathtub on a rubber duck. The explosions are endless and the fun factor is high. We reviewed BOMBFEST when it came out early this year and we loved it.

BOMBFEST update 1.2 is now out on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The PC version is now available for $12.99 on Steam while the revised price for the console versions will be implemented soon.
