You can find Noel anywhere where there is an audience. Below are details of all of Noel’s heart events and conversations you can have with him.

| Three Heart Event | His beloved pet owl Hoodini is back in another panic, and Noel is doing his best to keep his composure, giving a list of all of the things that he already tried, but nothing worked out. | -Offer to help,
“We’ll find her. I promise.” (“Thanks, {Player}. Really. I was pretending not to panic, but you just saved me from having a breakdown.” He suggests checking the Graveyard, since Hoodini has a weird fondness for haunted places.) “She probably just wanted a little adventure.”

| Four Heart Event | There’s a quiet place to go, and along the way, Hoodini regales Noel with endless hoots. | -Respond to the invitation,

| Five Heart Event | Noel surprises you with an entire meadow of the flowers you love, so he must first know which one you prefer – tulips, roses, azaleas or plumerias – just your taste, he has to make the spell just right. | -Once he’s finished and explains he wanted something just for the two of you, respond,

| Six Heart Event | Noel suggests that he wants to become your vampire, to be in your world — to be in it, not stand on the edge of it.

“If this is truly what you want… then yes.” (“Really? You’ll do it? Thank you. You have no idea what this means to me. Let’s meet at the Crypt tonight.”) “Maybe take a little more time to think it through.” (he takes it well: “You’re right. It is a lot. I don’t want to rush something I can’t undo. I’ll bring it up again when I’m ready.”) -On a later visit, he checks in again: “remember that whole biting me conversation?” Respond, “Yeah, I remember.” (“I’ve been thinking about it. More than I probably should admit… The truth is, I’m sure. I want this, with you.”) “I do. It’s a big step.”

Once you hit Heart Level Three with Noel in Moonlight Peaks, you can hug him. After reaching Heart Level Four, you can start asking him on dates, which also unlocks the option to kiss him. Keep in mind that your relationship can lose hearts if you perform poorly during dates or give Noel gifts she dislikes. If you avoid giving her a Black Rose, you should be able to keep progressing in the right direction.
How to Marry Noel in Moonlight Peaks
You can take the step of Marriage when your relationship reaches 8 hearts. You will get a chance to propose to him at the end of a date. If Noel agrees, you can select the wedding date right away, and the event will be added to your calendar.
To get a white wedding outfit, you can visit Third Eye Threads the day after. But participation in the ceremony does not require anyone to wear the uniform. Your relationships with partners also change when you get married. The game puts you in a monogamous relationship once you are married. Your dating relationship with anyone else you were involved in will enter the ‘hurt’ status and will only have 4 hearts. Meanwhile, your new spouse will have 6 hearts that you can work towards increasing.
How to Divorce Noel in Moonlight Peaks
If you feel that your marriage is not fruitful, you can end it by talking with Llemi. You can find her at the Pink Grove, though you’ll first need to unlock Luna Bay. Talk to Llemi and decide to break up, then sleep until morning. Your ex will be your regular friend the next morning.
If you later decide to remarry, remember you will have to make the connection all over again. If you can build eight hearts with a brand new mate, then you will have to begin the progression again.
