This Silent Hill: Townfall guide details how you can get the Records Room Code in the game easily to progress further in the story. After completing the patient section and leaving the surgery room, you will need to head upstairs, find the clue in an office, and then use the code to unlock the Records Room.
Records Room Code Guide – Silent Hill: Townfall
After finishing the patient steps, leave the surgery room and take a left to go towards The Chapman Ward.
After going through the door, head towards the upper area using the staircase.
When you are in the upper section, be careful as enemies are present here. Keep an eye out for bottles that you can find along the way.
Continue into the office located upstairs, which will be towards the end of the room.
Once inside, check the wall.
The code you need is written there, which is 2605.
Make a note of the number, then leave the office and return downstairs using the same route. At the bottom of the stairs, turn right toward the newly opened passage.
Once you enter through the door, make a right turn and head towards the Records Room. Watch out for the enemies around the bottom of the stairs as you make your way towards the room.
When you reach the Records Room door, interact with the keypad and enter the code 2605, which will allow you to enter the Records Room and continue with the game.
