Monster Hunter World: Iceborn Treasure Locations Guide

Capcom has announced that its RPG Monster Hunter: World has sold 13 million units worldwide since its launch early last year. This puts the game at the top list of sales for Capcom. Any other title that comes in second is Resident Evil 5 that sold 7.5 million copies.

In celebration of hitting the milestone, Capcom has announced to give out a special item pack to players which can be claimed as a daily Login Bonus. This reward can be claimed between July 25 and August 29. The item pack includes 13 Silver Eggs, three Gold Wyverian Prints, three Heavy Armor Spheres, one Attack Jewel and 13 Appreciation tools.

The milestone number is also likely to increase in sales number as the Iceborne expansion for the game is coming soon on September 6, 2019. The expansion will be available for Pc, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

If you are unaware of Iceborn, it is the upcoming major expansion for the action RPG, Monster Hunter World. It is set in the frozen and artic land of Hoarfrost Reach, featuring a new Gathering Hub that comes with improvements over the other base found in the game.

The new hub is called Seliana which is built around hot springs in Hoarfrost Reach. You will have quick access to Resource Center, Smithy, and Argosy. The expansion will also let you customize your room and decorate it with various items of your choice. Capcom also says that the update will allow other players to visit your room.

The update will also dish out upgraded gadgets in Palico with new options. These include the Shieldspire Stooge, which is a mobile decoy that draws a monster’s attention away from the player. In addition, there is also Meowcano, a giant jar that shoots fireballs at enemies, and an enhanced Vigorwasp that can revive players immediately back into the battle if they faint.

The expansion will also feature a new huntable monster called Barioth. Monster Hunter: World is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Post your comments below.
