Publisher gamigo has announced the release of the latest Sunfest event in its voxel-based MMO Trove to celebrate the title’s 7th birthday. In the Sunfest 2022, you will meet the charismatic newcomer Chuck Pinzo as he introduces a new way to become flush with cubits through his own once-in-a-lifetime investment opportunity. If you decide to invest in this scheme, you will find yourself strung along a 12-step questline.
Following along with the questline will reward you will two new currencies, Pinzoins and Trovian Finite Notes (TFN). You can use Pinzoins to earn tradeable skins from the most recent Bunfest, Shadow’s Eve, and Snowfest events while the TFNs can be used to redeem new mounts, new allies, and Premium Reward Crates containing tradable versions of all of these and last year’s allies and mounts. In addition to this, players will also be able to purchase delve decoration boxes once again for the Tysorion, Carys, and Panatea houses from previous Sunfest events.
The game is also offering last year’s Sunfest collectibles to craft and obtain by converting TFNs into the appropriate house’s unique currency. Since Trove is also celebrating its 7th birthday, there will be tons of pinatas spawning at random locations across the world of Trove that will include random rewards. If you input the code TROVE7THBIRTHDAY, you will also get something special added to your account as well.
Trove is currently available on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can jump into the game on your favorite console right now to try out the new Sunfest content. Sunfest 2022 will remain live in Trove until July 26, 2022, at 11:00 AM UTC on all platforms. The sale will end at the same time as well.
