Merge Games has announced that their house renovation title House Flipper is getting the fabled Signature Edition treatment later this summer. House Flipper will get Signature Editions for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. The PS4 version will cost $44.99 while the Nintendo Switch version will cost players $49.99.
Along with the Signature Editions, a physical retail version of House Flipper is also releasing on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. These versions will cost $29.99, $29.99 and $34.99 respectively. Pre-orders for all versions will begin soon and you can expect them to release sometime around Summer 2020. More details will be shared in the coming days.
The Signature Edition of House Flipper includes:
- Region free copy of House Flipper.
- Two limited edition enamel pins featuring the House Flipper logo and a Sledgehammer
- Numbered collector’s certificate, printed with the developers’ signatures.
- A House Flipper Wrench keyring.
- A customised House Flipper carpenter’s flat pencil.
- Sturdy “Sierra” box with foam insert.
- Outer sleeve featuring alternative artwork.
Apart from these goodies, the first 500 pre-orders of House Flipper Signature Edition will also receive the free collector’s coin with their order. Pre-orders will begin from May 8, 2020. You can check out the Switch and PS4 Signature Edition pages below however you will not be able to pre-order until May 8, 2020.
House Flipper is a game about restoring crumbling properties back to life. You start a project, get rid of what is not needed, and prepare solid new foundations for a brand new house.
