Focus Home Interactive and Nacon have announced that Greedfall is all set to get an expansion and a next-gen release of the game for the PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.
This comes more than a year after the game was launched last year in September 2019, but will be welcome news for the fans. Greedfall was a pretty popular game when it released last year, while the game went on to sell more than a million copies in less than a year.
It is because of the success of Greedfall that the expansion is now in development. Another reason to be excited about the title is that you can soon play it on your PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles when it launches.
Both the two companies, Focus Home Interactive and Nacon have now reached an agreement in which Focus Home Interactive will be in charge of the publishing of the upcoming Greedfall expansion and additional content, as well as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Greedfall.
Having said that, there is no confirmation when the Greedfall expansion will be released or when we can expect the game to launch on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
Greedfall was released last year and is an RPG experience where you explore uncharted lands seeping with magic, filled with secrets and fantastic creatures. With diplomacy, deception and force, influence a living world and forge your own destiny.
