Warner Bros Games Montreal revealed its new title set in the world of Batman, and it is called Gotham Knights. The game was revealed at the DC FanDome event where we also saw the trailer reveal of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
Instead of just the trailer, we got 8 minutes of gameplay footage for the game, which shows the open-world of Gotham City. It also begins by showing the first two iconic characters in the Batman world, Robin and Batgirl.

The studio didn’t provide any release date information, but we do know that the game is set to launch sometime next year in 2021.
According to the official description of the game, it is an open-world RPG set in the most dynamic and interactive Gotham City yet. It offers both solo-play or with one other hero, where you can patrol Gotham’s five distinct boroughs and drop in on criminal activity wherever you find it.
Batman is dead. A new expansive, criminal underworld has swept the streets of Gotham City. It is now up to the Batman Family; Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin; to protect Gotham, bring hope to its citizens, discipline to its cops, and fear to its criminals. From solving mysteries that connect the darkest chapters in the city’s history to defeating notorious villains in epic confrontations, you must evolve into the new Dark Knight and save the streets from descent into chaos.
On the other hand, we saw the teaser trailer for another DC Comics title, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. The action packed trailer featured some of the iconic characters of the Suicide Squad that included Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark.
